Dr. Larry Schwartz
Dr. Schwartz graduated high school in Lebanon, Tennessee. After service in the US Air Force he received his Bachelor's degree from John Hopkins University. He received his medical degree from Des Moines University in 1984 and completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Oklahoma State University. In addition Dr. Schwartz completed an AO Trauma Fellowship.
Dr. Schwartz is Board Certified by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is licensed in Tennessee, South Carolina and Florida. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopaedics, American Medical Association, Florida Medical Association, Tennessee Medical Association, Tennessee Osteopathic Association and the Southern Medical Association.
Jonathan S. White, P.A.-C
Mr. White is a native of Tennessee who grew up in Nashville. He and his wife Amanda are the proud parents of two sons, Blake and Lucas.
Mr. White received two Bachelors degrees from Treveca University in Nashville and his Masters degree from the University of Nebraska School of Medicine.
He is Board certified as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Mr. White developed a special interest in Orthopaedics while training with the team physician for the Tennessee Titans.
